How to Learn Tarot by Jess Carlson || Book Review
This book was refreshing to see because of the way it approaches learning tarot. This is not a book that you pick up to learn the meanings of the cards.

Journaling is a staple in my everyday life. It wasn’t always like that but over the years I have come to realize the many benefits journaling has to offer. These benefits go beyond just helping you remember your day or keeping your thoughts straight. I wanted to share them with you because lately, journaling has taken up a large significance in my life.
Samhain is approaching and sometimes the kiddos like to get involved in the celebrations. Instead of letting the children walk around the home carrying an open flame, why not do arts and crafts instead?
A blue moon is not actually a blue moon. The moon doesn’t turn blue — even though that would pretty neat for a blue moon — but there are two different definitions for the term “blue moon”. The older definition says that a blue moon refers to the third full moon in a season with four full moons. I created a new month tarot spread a while ago and I’ve been meaning to revisit the spread for a while now. This is a tarot spread that I use for myself every month. Part of me feels like I should have known better (because I’m a cynic) and part of me feels silly for believing that anyone would try to make recycling an efficient process.
Magick sigil ink is simply that — a special ink that you create using ingredients chosen with intention and correspondences that fit the sigil’s purpose. Today on YouTube, I released a video detailing my very simple method for creating this ink and I wanted to share it with you here, too.
When you learn how to create a tarot spread of your own, you realize that there are almost no limits! Sometimes the tarot spreads that we find online work great. Sometimes they don’t quite answer the questions or touch on the certain situation that we need guidance on. We need to be able to know … Read more
As I get ready to sit down and complete my monthly readings for myself and my patrons, I felt the call to sit down and write. I’m not sure what’s going to flow from my fingertips this morning, but since I’m not currently working on my book, I guess I just needed to type.
